Step 4: Inform Employees | 7 Steps to Implementing an Employee Benefits Program


My favorite step! Open enrollment meetings are where we inform employees of the benefits we are going to offer them. Using small groups or one-on-one meetings The Tanna Group will answer any questions employees have on their plans and guide them to making the best benefits decision for their needs.
