Founder, President
NIKI TRENTACOSTA
Niki's over 15 years of industry experience covers insurance consulting in various industries, employee relations, human resources. She is versed in insurance design and employee communication.
Her licenses include Life, Accident, Health, Commercial, Property, & Casualty Insurance through the Texas Department of Insurance.
When Niki is not building The Tanna Group, her time is spent cooking, working out, and keeping her farm running. Some of Niki's favorite times are spent with her husband and two children gathering chicken eggs, visiting farmer's markets and enjoying local parks.
A MESSAGE FROM NIKI
I’ve lived many chapters. Some defined by hustle, people-pleasing, and self-doubt, and others by boldness, clarity, and purpose. For years, I carried the weight of trying to do it all; building businesses, raising a family, and proving my worth. All while quietly battling patterns of self-sabotage.
But my story has shifted. Today, I live and lead with intention, not reaction. I believe in authenticity over performance and balance over burnout.
Through The Tanna Group, I bring together my experiences as a connector, consultant, speaker, and entrepreneur to create meaningful spaces where people can grow, collaborate, and thrive. My work is rooted in honesty, boldness, and the belief that when we step into alignment, we not only transform our businesses—we transform our lives.
