Benefits FAQ: Can I afford to offer Insurance to my employees?

I talk to small business owners on a regular basis. And one of the main questions I get is "What do I do if I can't afford health insurance for my employees?". And the answer is simple. Just do something. You don't have to offer a big old fancy Health Insurance Program. With all the bells and whistles.


There are some Affordable Health Solutions that won't break the bank. Also consider offering some other benefits that don't require such as a compliance or contribution standing like voluntary benefits or retirement programs such as 401k.
