It's October 2021. 4th quarter officially. I love October, November, and December. I love the fall. I love the foliage. I love pumpkin spice. I love allergies. I love the foliage. I love school getting out for long holidays. I love having to manage holiday weight gain. And oh, what about that benefits renewal that's coming up. Dang! Wait a second, I'm not talking about awesome things. I'm talking about the hard stuff in fourth quarter.
I'm Niki Trentacosta, President of the Tanna group. Although I do love all of the awesome things about fall, sometimes as a small business owner, I know that our tasks can get ahead of us. I know that our stressors can catch up and haunt us. And I'm here to let you know that there is some relief available. At The Tanna Group, we work with small business owners to attract and retain employees through strategic Employee Benefit implementation. At The Tanna Group, we can work with you on your benefits renewal, that is likely a January 1 effective date, to help make sure that your project stays on track and that you have a renewal that is going to be manageable year over year. Some small business owners simply don't have the time or the know how to manage an employee benefits renewal effectively. I'm here to help you. I'm here to help consult with you help educate your employees and train your team on the ways to best utilize their health care programs. Just like 4th quarter can get away from you, fourth quarter can be a great opportunity as well. A great opportunity to help attract and retain that top talent that you've been looking for.
If you're an employee for a small business owner who doesn't offer an Employee Benefits Program, now is your opportunity to talk to your employer about creating a group policy. Having group benefits is a tax write off in some in some occasions. It's also an opportunity to help attract some of the top talent that you've been looking for, and if you have someone like The Tanna Group on your side, you can make it easy to administer so that you can focus on what you do best and we can help keep your employees educated.
I look forward to talking to you about your employee benefits needs, and until we do speak, I hope that you stay happy, stay healthy, and of course don't forget to wash your hands.
Now without further ado, it looks like the herd has come to play.
Looks like we got some special video visitors today.
Have a great day.
