​Overview — Slab runs entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

 

Data Storage — All data is stored locally: workout history, habits, body weight, preferences, achievements. No data leaves your device unless you explicitly share (workout card, backup export, or Health Connect sync which stays on-device).

 

Health Connect — Optional integration to write workouts and read steps/sleep/HR. All exchanged locally.

 

Permissions — Vibrate (haptics), Notifications (reminders), Boot Completed (reschedule alarms), Health Connect (optional, user-consented).

 

Third-Party Services — Slab does not use any third-party analytics, crash reporting, or tracking services.

 

The app may display text based promotions or referral links for fitness equipment manufacturers. These are static, non targeted, and not based on any user data. Tapping a referral link opens your device's browser. No personal information is shared with advertisers or affiliate partners. We do not track clicks, impressions, or user behavior for advertising purposes.

 

Children — Not directed at children under 13.

 

Changes — Updated date will reflect any future changes.
